- The extension created a new kitchen, laundry, reception, manager’s office, café, sluices, stores and wetrooms
- he café area has a contemporary feel, with a natural slate tiled feature wall
- The external areas are paved with modern stone, and the ground floor bedrooms have patio areas whilst the first floors have bedrooms with balconies
