In its final stages of development, this Care Home is another project for our Client Acacia Care Ltd and consists of 72 en-suite bedrooms for residents independent living within a Care Home supported environment.

The new Care Home, financed by Octopus Real Estate, is being handed over to the client at the end of July 2025 after being under construction for the past 18 months. Located in New Lubbesthorpe, Ashmore Grange is in the centre of a new build estate along with a Primary School, Sainsburys local store and Doctors surgery which have all been completed around the same time. The client, Acacia Care are very happy with how this Care Home is shaping up before handover and with a Ski lodge theme in the reception and café bar area, they are very keen to get it in use for the public to see.
