- This commercial new build project located on the site of the former Man of Trent public house involves the development of a fast food complex for KFC and McDonalds
- Wynbrook demolished the pub, and have advised the client through various different options for the site
- The planning council initially refused a supermarket as the site is adjacent to an existing Tesco Express
- The project includes the structural design of the building and we are working closely alongside contractors carefully appointed by KFC and McDonald’s to ensure that the build runs smoothly
