- 18 luxury serviced apartments
- Works commenced onsite in April 2012 to convert an existing four story office block
- We removed all of the existing internal walls on each floor and replaced these with new partitions to create each apartment
- Decorative finishes were added to create a stylish ambiance
- Each apartment is serviced individually with water, gas and electric – which was more challenging to do retrospectively to an existing building than a new build
