- Our revised design included for a 4th floor to the building
- The 4th floor was utilised to accommodate operational facilities e.g. Commercial Kitchen, Laundry, File Store & Staff Room
- The home includes a hairdressing salon, consultation suite, a variety of multi-use lounges, dining areas and lifts servicing all floors

- State of the art electronic capability
- Feature include a wireless nurse call system which can be tailored to each individuals needs
- Additionally there is wireless broadband to the entire home
- The scheme started in May 2013 and completed in June 2014
