DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW
- New 37 bed nursing home
- Design allowing for maximum staff facilities, bedrooms and roof space
- Complicated structure of roof design overcome by adding steel work to all floors
- 2 storey elevation to the rear and mansard roof/dormer windows, taking into account the local residents houses of an early 1920 period with mansard roofs
- Heating provided throughout the development via low surface temperature radiators
- All bedrooms have connected toilet or shower room with additional communal bathrooms
- Lift, fully integrated call system, kitchen and laundry among other facilities
