- 88 bed luxury care home in Melton, Leicestershire
- Wynbrook were appointed to build the scheme over an 18 month period
- The brief was to create a care home that offers exemplary standards of care and comfort to all residents/day guests whilst enabling residents to keep socially active and retain their independence
- Alterations were made to the design to incorporate a low resistance gym
- Managing director Mike Day said, ‘The completed home is comparable to a luxurious hotel’
- The site itself provides an enriching environment with views overlooking the River Eye

- Low resistance gym equipment and daily yoga sessions to keep residents fit and healthy
- The home has a picture gallery, a cinema and a choice of dining for the residents bistro and bar
- There is also a skype lounge for residents to stay in touch with their families, a concierge service and chauffeur driven car to arrange a variety of activities and day trips
- The cantil terrace and full height glazed windows enable the residents to relax and have a drink in the view of the surrounding River Eye and the rolling fields
